Q. What do you do when the weather is bad?                                                                                    A. We will pick up rain or shine.  We suggest if you do not have a covered area to please try to put in a plastic bag or cover with tarp.

Q. Will you give me a time that you will pickup?
   A. No, but we can call you 30-60 minutes ahead of time if you ask.  Our pickup hours are 7 am to 5 pm.

Q. Do I need to be at my house when you pickup?
   A. No, just leave the items where we can find them and clearly marked 'Arc'.

Q.  Should I mark my stuff to be picked up?
A. Please label it 'Arc'.  Please set your donation outside where it can be seen by our driver.  We will not come inside your home.

Q. What kind of items do you NOT accept?
   A. Please visit our What we pickup page.

Q. Does everything need to be in bags or boxes?
   A. Items must be in a bag, box, tied bundle, etc and marked 'Arc'.  We prefer bags if possible.

Q. How does the tax deduction part of my donation work?
   A. We leave a white tax deductible receipt that is signed and dated.  It is up to you to declare a fair market value to your items for your taxes.
